Handyman Required - Plumstead, London Location: SE28 0FT, Plumstead, London Start Date: ASAP Duration: 2-3 weeks Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (8.5 hours paid) Pay Rate: £24.00 - £25.00 per hour Duties & Responsibilities We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy construction site in Plumstead. The successful candidate will be required to assist with finishing and general site duties, including: Boxing in and securing pipework to provide a neat and finished appearance. Moving materials and equipment between Unit 2 and Unit 1 in preparation for handover. Installing protective guards around structural columns. Fixing and securing screws into plasterboard as required. Assisting with general handyman and finishing works across the site. Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area. Working alongside the site team and following instructions from the Site Manager/Foreman. Completing tasks to a high standard with good attention to detail. Requirements Valid CSCS Card. Full 5-point PPE. Own hand and power tools suitable for the work. Previous experience carrying out general handyman or finishing works on construction sites. Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team. Reliable, punctual and available to start ASAP.
