Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, start 12/10/2026, min 1 month UCLH sites, London Start ASAP Minimum 2-month contract 45 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PAYE: £21.64 per hour, PAYE Umbrella: £28.17 per hour Overtime: PAYE £32.46 / PAYE Umbrella £42.26 per hour Double time: PAYE £43.28 / PAYE Umbrella £56.35 per hour Tech-People are recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work across 8 small UCLH sites, all within walking distance of each other. The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance across the sites, with a strong mechanical/HVAC/M&E background required. Key responsibilities: Carry out planned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF20 Complete allocated maintenance tasks Attend reactive maintenance calls Carry out general mechanical, HVAC and M&E maintenance Work across 8 small UCLH sites, all within walking distance Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standardsRequirements: Enhanced DBS clearance Mechanical qualifications Strong mechanical / HVAC / M&E maintenance background Previous experience in a maintenance environment Good communication skills and a professional approachImportant: This position is PAYE Umbrella only.
