I am working with a well-established commercial building services specialist that designs, installs, and maintains HVAC and ventilation systems, to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join their expanding maintenance division. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Supervisor who can lead from the front, oversee engineers across multiple sites, and play a key role in the growth and development of the service team.
The Role: As an Air Conditioning Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Supervising a team of Air Conditioning Engineers across commercial contracts within London (inside the M25)
- Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to ensure high standards and compliance
- Providing technical support, mentoring, and performance oversight to engineers
- Attending sites to support with complex diagnostics and fault finding
- Assisting with site surveys, small works, and project coordination
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact on-site
- Ensuring all paperwork, reports, and compliance documentation are completed accurately
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- City & Guilds Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category 1) (2079)
- Strong experience working on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including splits and VRV (Daikin and Mitsubishi preferred)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer capacity
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- A full and clean UK driving licence
