We're looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a bespoke air‐conditioning contractor that values its staff, offers strong training, and provides genuine long‐term progression.

The Role

  • Carrying out service, maintenance and breakdowns across a range of commercial sites, with plenty of variety day‐to‐day.
  • Service, maintenance and fault‐finding on commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Working on VRV and VRF systems.
  • Opportunity to gain further training and exposure on water chillers.
  • Covering London and surrounding areas.
  • Client‐facing role, representing the business on site.
  • Mobile role with company van provided.
  • Participating in a callout rota of 1 in 5, with a £200 standby payment.
  • Plenty of overtime available.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in air conditioning service and maintenance.
  • Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic skills.
  • F-Gas qualification – essential.
  • Good attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence.

The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will earn up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus van, callout, overtime, and a package. Overtime is paid at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and 2x Sundays, alongside strong training and progression opportunities.
