MIG / Stick Welder – Permanent Role 45K- 50K Maldon, Essex ?

We\’re hiring for a skilled MIG & Stick Welder to join a busy and growing team based in Maldon, Essex. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a mix of workshop-based and on-site work – with frequent travel, mainly to sites up north.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out MIG and Stick welding on a range of heavy plant, biomass, and recycling equipment
• Working away from home regularly – company van provided for travel
• Working both in the workshop and on-site in non-clean environments
• Typical day: 10-hour shifts

What We\’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in both MIG and Stick welding
• Reliable, hard-working and able to work independently
• Industry qualifications are a bonus but not essential
• Willing and able to travel frequently, mostly to the north of England

Salary & Benefits:

• 45,000 – 50,000 per year
• Company van provided for travel
• Long-term, stable position with immediate start available
