Tech-People are an award winning, privately owned, specialist recruitment agency that currently have a key requirement for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As the successful applicant, you will learn everything you need to know to become a full 360 Consultant.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be provided with on-going training and development to help you become a highly trained sales professional. You will learn best practices, as well as techniques to maximise your earnings.
The successful trainee sales person/recruitment consultant will build upon an already established division, within clients in; Utilities, Gas, and Engineering. After full training you will be expected to develop new clients and build long term supplier relationships.
