We are working with a well-established and respected air conditioning and refrigeration specialist who is looking to take on a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals genuinely interested in a long-term career in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to service and maintain air conditioning systems under supervision.
  • Assist qualified engineers on commercial and industrial sites across Oxfordshire.
  • Develop practical skills and technical knowledge in all aspects of air conditioning systems.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm to build a career in air conditioning.
  • Minimum Grade 4 (C) in Maths and English GCSEs.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training, including City & Guilds Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations, fully funded.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
  • Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).

The successful Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer will be on a basic salary of £(phone number removed) (NMW, age dependent) + you’ll be put through your F-Gas (fully funded) + Package.
