As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and reliability across a diverse portfolio of sites. As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be:

  • Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCUs, AHUs and small plumbing repairs.
  • Completing the service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems.
  • Carrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Completing fault-finding and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Will be on the callout rota, which is 1 in 8, £100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout.
  • Will be covering Commercial sites within London and the surrounding areas.

Requirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer:

  • Experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Fault-finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Breakdown experience on all electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Must have an Electrical qualification.
  • To be a genuinely commutable distance to London.

On a basic salary of up to £48,000, depending on experience + Van + Callout + Package.
