A leading Building services/ HVAC company with prestigious contracts within Offices, Universities, sporting grounds and Science establishments currently have a key requirement for experienced Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer based at Lord\’s Cricket ground, in North West London Paid £30k – £34K Basic salary
As a Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be: –
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM\’s on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer will be completing fabric tasks, painting and general up keep of the site
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer will complete tap checks, plumbing and mechanical PPM\’s
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer will be working Monday – Friday 08:00 -17:00, with lots of overtime available and ideally be free for match games
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer will be paid up to £34KRequirements for the Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer: –
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer with a NVQ/ City Guilds in either Mechanical BS/ Plumbing or Electrical would be an advantage
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer must have good communication skills and be presentable as they will be dealing with the Client and members of the public
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience Mechanical and Electrical plant
Static Junior Building Maintenance Engineer will be genuine commutable distance to North West London, this role would suit a Cricket fan as you will be required to be on site on game days
