A leading FM company with contracts in high-end offices, universities, sporting grounds and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Electrical Building Services Engineer based in London, working in a commercial building paid up to £40k basic depending on experience.

As the Static Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be:
- Carrying out regular PPM's on all electrical systems and assisting with mechanical plant PPM's.
- Assisting with breakdowns on all mechanical plant electrical systems.
- Completing emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, BMS monitoring, ballast changes, and small work installs.
- Completing reactive electrical work and maintenance.
- Being the first point of contact for the client on site.
Requirements for the Static Electrical Building Services Engineer:
- Experience in PPM's on all electrical systems.
- An NVQ/City Guilds in Electrics level 2 with 17th/18th edition.
- Fault finding and repair experience on all electrical systems.
- Working on site 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri.
- Being within easy access to London.
Salary: Up to £40K + overtime + package.
