Our client is a growing HVAC and mechanical contractor looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support their busy projects team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. The Role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the projects team
- Scheduling engineers and assisting with project planning
- Preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with compliance paperwork and site mobilisation
- Raising purchase orders and supporting with invoicing and project administration
- Liaising with engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure projects remain on track
- Keeping project files, spreadsheets and reports up to date
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Coordination or Scheduling
- Construction, HVAC, M&E or Building Services experience is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
The Package
- £16.84 per hour during the initial 3-month temporary period
- £33,000 basic salary upon successful completion of the temp-to-perm period
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (upon becoming permanent)
