Our client is a growing HVAC and mechanical contractor looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator to support their busy projects team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. The RoleAs a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the planning and scheduling of projects
- Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting site mobilisation, documentation and compliance requirements
- Assisting with tracking project costs, invoicing and progress reports
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and the wider project team
- Providing administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on programme
- Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator or Administration role
- Experience within Construction, HVAC, M&E or Building Services is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
The successful Project Co-Ordinator will receive:
- £17.50 per hour during the initial 3-month temporary period
- £36,000 basic salary upon successful completion of the temp-to-perm period
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (upon becoming permanent)
