Are you an organised Administrator looking to join a well-established mechanical and air conditioning contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects? Our client is a growing HVAC and mechanical contractor looking to appoint a Project Administrator to support their busy projects team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within construction and engineering, providing essential administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly.

The Role

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the projects team
  • Scheduling engineers and assisting with project planning
  • Preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with compliance paperwork and site mobilisation
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting with invoicing and project administration
  • Liaising with engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure projects remain on track
  • Keeping project files, spreadsheets and reports up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Administration, Project Administration or Office Support role
  • Construction, HVAC, M&E or Building Services experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

The Package

  • £16.84 per hour during the initial 3-month temporary period
  • £30,000 basic salary upon successful completion of the temp-to-perm period
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (upon becoming permanent)
