We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of fit-out projects, ensuring effective cost management, value for money, and high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contract documents, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
  • Manage project costs, valuations, subcontractor accounts, and invoicing.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks and contractual claims.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare commercial reports.
  • Re-measure projects against estimated bills of quantities.
  • Support procurement and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building contracts and health & safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Requirements

  • Ideally RICS chartered or degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • 6-10 years' Quantity Surveying experience on projects valued between £50k and £2.5m.
  • Proven experience delivering profitable commercial projects.
  • Background in fit-out, contracting, or Design & Build (D&B).
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
