The predicted salary is between 17.5 - 17.5 £ per hour.

Are you an organised Project Co-Ordinator looking to join a well-established mechanical and air conditioning contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects? Our client is a growing HVAC and mechanical contractor looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator to support their busy projects team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business where you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish. The Role

  • Assisting with the planning and scheduling of projects
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supporting site mobilisation, documentation and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with tracking project costs, invoicing and progress reports
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and the wider project team
  • Providing administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on programme

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator or Administration role
  • Experience within Construction, HVAC
