We are currently seeking Plumber's Mates / Water Operatives to join a facilities team at a major hospital based in Lambeth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine checks on pipework and water systems to ensure proper operation
- Identify any faults or issues and report them to on-site plumbers for resolution
- Support the plumbing team in day-to-day maintenance and reactive tasks
- Follow hospital operational protocols and work under supervision as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Plumber's Mate or in a similar role
- Comfortable working in a hospital or similar environment
- Proactive and able to communicate clearly with plumbers and supervisors
- Must hold a Basic DBS check, ideally CSCS card
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in line with the hospital's operational needs
