Building services engineer / HVAC technician required for 2 - 3 month contract starting immediately in Nottingham. Working at a large head office with distribution centre, the Building services engineer / HVAC technician will be:
- PPM and Reactive works on AC plant, AHU and Fan coil units
- Front end on BMS systems
- Hot water temperature checks
- Lighting and lamping checks and changes
- Write and read risk assessments
07:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
£21.64 PAYE rate (No CIS or Ltd / PCN)
