We are working with a leading and well-respected air conditioning specialist contractor to recruit an Air Conditioning Improver to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its engineers, with a dedicated in-house training facility, ongoing development, and clear progression into a fully qualified Service Engineer role.
You will be supported by experienced engineers, receive hands-on training across a wide range of commercial systems, and build a long-term career with a company known for delivering high-quality work and looking after its staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of their mobile service team, carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs alongside senior engineers.
The role:
- You will be supporting with service, maintenance and breakdowns across a range of commercial sites, learning from experienced engineers and building your skillset daily.
- Service, maintenance and fault-finding on commercial air conditioning systems.
- Working on VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, Splits.
- Covering commercial sites across London and surrounding areas.
- Mobile role with a company van provided.
