Multi-Skilled Electrical-Biased Building Services Engineer - Tongwell, start 31/08/2026 We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Electrical-Biased Building Services Engineer for a static site in Tongwell, MK Job

  • Duration: until 31/012/2026

Days: Monday to Friday Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes Pay: £25.06 per hour Umbrella PAYE / £19.25 per hour

PAYE Duties: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site.

Electrical fault finding, repairs and general electrical maintenance.

Emergency lighting checks and testing.

Temperature checks and lamping.

Carrying out repairs and maintenance to electrical systems and installations.

Basic mechanical/building services maintenance where required.

PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other building services equipment.

Responding to reactive maintenance requests and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Working safely and in accordance with site procedures and relevant regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 17th Edition electrical qualification - essential.

Previous experience working as a multi-skilled or electrical-biased building services engineer.

Good experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.

Electrical maintenance experience is essential, with some mechanical/building services knowledge.

Reliable, professional and able to work independently on a static site.

Must be able to reliably commute to Tongwell.
