Mechanical Project Manager We\’re working with a well-established and respected building services contractor based in the Midlands, specialising in mechanical installations including HVAC and plumbing systems. Due to continued growth and success in securing new projects, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical projects across the UK and Ireland, managing installations from concept through to completion. As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Manage the delivery of HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, valued from £20k-£1 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Plan and coordinate resources, including direct labour, subcontractors, and materials, while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Oversee project documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and O&M manuals, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality requirements. Support tender preparation, cost management, and contract administration, including handling variations and progress reports. Represent the company at client meetings and site visits, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout project delivery. The Mechanical Project Manager will be paid a basic salary of up to £49,000, depending on experience + Company Car + Private Pension + Career Development + Package.To be successful as the Mechanical Project Manager, you will need: A proven track record in managing mechanical or HVAC projects. Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water services. ONC/HNC in Building Services (HVAC) preferred. A valid CSCS card. Ability to interpret CAD drawings.The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be paid up to £49,000, depending on experience + Company Car + Private Pension + Career Development + Package.
