Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer looking to take the next step into a leadership role?
We're working with a growing and well-respected air conditioning contractor who is looking to appoint a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to support the delivery of commercial installation projects across London and the M25.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer who's ready to step up, taking on more responsibility while remaining hands‑on.
You'll play a key role in leading installations, supporting engineers on site and working closely with the management team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The Role
- Leading air conditioning installation projects across commercial and high‑end residential sites
- Installing split systems, multi‑splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated equipment
- Supervising and supporting engineers on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Attending the Woolwich office regularly to collect materials, attend leadership meetings and assist with pricing upcoming works
- Working on projects including hotels, office buildings and prestigious residential developments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
- Strong knowledge of split, multi‑split and VRV/VRF installations
- F‑Gas Category 1 qualified
- A natural leader who is ready to take the next step in their career
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to attend the Woolwich office when required
