A Building Services Maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Junior Building Services Engineer to join their successful team of engineers that service Commercial buildings. This position will cover sites in and around London.

Junior Building Services Engineer will be:

  • Covering sites in London and the surrounding areas
  • Performing PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power

Junior Building Services Engineer will benefit from a basic salary up to £35k + package.

Junior Building Services Engineer will have:

  • An eagerness to learn and progress their career
  • Experience and knowledge in building services
  • Residence within a commutable distance of London
  • An electrical qualification and understanding of building services PPM's
  • A clean driving license and DBS check
