A leading Hard FM contractor is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team, supporting commercial office buildings across Central London. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable business, carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance within a supportive and well-established team!

The Role:

  • Carrying out PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Completing reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
  • Fault-finding and resolving issues across both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Conducting general M&E tasks such as water temperature monitoring, emergency lighting tests, lamping, and small plumbing repairs.
  • Providing support on BMS front-end systems.
  • Delivering a professional, client-facing service across commercial office sites in Central London.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Able to commute easily across Central London as a foot-mobile engineer.
  • A relevant mechanical or electrical qualification is preferred, however, not essential.

The Foot-Mobile Building Services Engineer will be on a basic salary up to £39,700, depending on experience + Travel Card (Zones 1-6) reimbursed monthly + Holiday + Package.
