A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team role covering sites within London and the surrounding areas.
As the Fabric Engineer, you will be:
- Mobile covering sites within London and the surrounding areas.
- Carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's.
- Assisting in completing reactive repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.
- Required to carry out basic electrical tasks.
- Working Monday - Friday.
As the Fabric Engineer, you will need:
- To live within a commutable distance to Central London.
- An Electrical or Mechanical qualification would be an advantage.
- A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in carrying out PPM's and basic reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.
Fabric Engineer will be paid up to £40k, dependent on experience + overtime + training + package.
