A well-established and growing building services provider is seeking an Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to cover a portfolio of care homes across London. The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of electrical and building services systems across several care home sites.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and general building services systems
  • Fault-finding and repair of electrical systems and associated plant
  • Basic mechanical maintenance where required, including pumps, motors, and HVAC equipment
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Completing site documentation and reporting accurately
  • Liaising with site staff and management to ensure minimal disruption to residents and operations
  • Supporting compliance across all sites, including testing and inspections

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Level 3 Electrical Installations
  • Previous experience within building services maintenance, ideally within commercial or healthcare environments
  • A good understanding of both electrical and building services systems
