A growing and well-respected domestic gas specialist is seeking a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join their expanding team, covering residential properties across the M25. This role is ideal for an engineer who is confident carrying out gas safety certificates and boiler servicing, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering a professional service within occupied homes. Working across a busy residential portfolio throughout London and the surrounding M25 areas, from smaller flats to large high-end residential properties.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out landlord gas safety certificates (CP12s) across domestic properties
- Boiler servicing and routine maintenance works
- Identifying faults and reporting remedial works where required
- Managing your own daily diary and travelling efficiently between appointments
- Providing a polite, professional, and customer-focused service to tenants and clients
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures
- Accurately completing certification and job reports electronically
