2x Decorators Required - High-End MansionLocation: Boars Hill, Oxford, OX1Start Date: 20/10/2026Duration: 2 weeksWorking Hours: 08:00-16:00Pay Rate: £22.00 per hourParking: Free on-site parking availableTech-People are currently looking for 2 experienced Decorators to work on a high-end mansion project in Oxford.The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and experience carrying out snagging work to a high standard. As the property is currently occupied, decorators must be professional, respectful and able to maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTouching up scuffs, scratches and marks on walls.Repairing chipped paint around doors, corners and other surfaces.Correcting uneven paint coverage and missed patches.Checking rooms against snagging lists and rectifying defects.Correcting roller marks, paint drips and runs.Ensuring all touch-ups blend seamlessly with existing finishes.Rectifying untidy paint lines around ceilings, walls and woodwork.Correcting paint marks on unintended surfaces.Improving paintwork around sockets, switches and door frames.Returning to rectify any snags identified during inspections.RequirementsValid Blue CSCS Card.Full 5-point PPE.Previous experience in painting and decorating, particularly snagging work.Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.Professional, respectful and tidy approach, as the property is occupied.Two work references.
