We are looking for a reliable and organised Contracts administrator to join a leading building services and engineering company based at Royal Brompton Hospital. This is a 4-week rolling contract with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (you must be ready to start at 8:00am).

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and emails relating to maintenance requests.
  • Log and allocate jobs using the helpdesk system.
  • Schedule engineers and monitor job progress.
  • Liaise with engineers and the client to provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment.

About You:

  • Previous contract admin, helpdesk, customer service or administration experience.
  • Facilities management or engineering experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good IT and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure.
