AC Mate / Improver Required - Immediate Start

Start Date: Week commencing 17th November 2025

Duration: Approx. 2 weeks

Rate: £19-£20 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Mate / Improver to assist an AC Engineer on a short-term commercial installation project in Central London. The work involves assisting with the installation of 2 twin split systems, with condensers located on the roof and pipe runs through several floors down to the basement.

Duties include:

  • Assisting with lifting, positioning, fixing, and connecting pipework and units
  • Supporting with materials handling and general installation tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • A valid F-Gas Category 1, ideally NVQ Level 2
  • Full PPE (hi-vis, boots, helmet, gloves, safety glasses)
  • Previous experience assisting on AC or HVAC installations (split or VRV/VRF systems)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently as part of a small team
  • Right to work in the UK

Additional Information:

  • Pre-induction required before full site induction
  • Working hours: approx. 07:30 - 16:30
  • Short-term role with potential for repeat work
