Intermediate Mechanical Estimator Near Woking, Guildford, Reading, and Bracknell A well-established, bespoke mechanical design and building company – specialising in air conditioning, ventilation, and commercial heating – is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some mechanical estimation experience who is eager to develop their skills, gain further training, and progress their career! The successful Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be: Prepare detailed take-offs and quotations for mechanical projects. Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Deliver accurate estimations for projects ranging from £10,000 to £500,000+. Be office-based (5 days a week) with occasional site visits (mileage paid). Package: The Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to £35,000, depending on experience + Progression + Training + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.To qualify for this role as an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator, you\’ll need: Proven experience in mechanical estimation. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Strong ability to understand and price from drawings.
