Location: West London

Our client, a leading HVAC contractor in West London, specialising in sustainable heating and ventilation systems, is looking for a hands-on HVAC Supervisor to lead a small team of engineers delivering fault-finding, commissioning and service work on heat pumps and MVHR systems across domestic and commercial sites. This hybrid role combines on-site technical work and office-based planning and coordination.

The successful HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer will be:

  • Leading and mentoring engineers on retrofit and new build projects.
  • Acting as a technical lead for diagnostics and commissioning.
  • Managing job allocation, site support and scheduling.
  • Working both on the tools and in the office when needed.
  • Ensuring service quality and compliance with F-Gas and H&S Standards.

To qualify for this position as an HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer, you will need:

  • A valid F-Gas Category 1.
  • A strong background in domestic and commercial HVAC service and maintenance, including heat pumps and MVHR.
  • Previous supervisor or lead engineer experience.
  • A full UK Driving License.
