HVAC Project Manager Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: Up to £70,000 basic (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package A leading building services / hard services facilities maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage and deliver projects ranging from £10,000 to £1 million. The company works with high-profile clients in Offices, Universities, and Science establishments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quotations for remedial works and replacement of HVAC systems. Oversee and manage project delivery, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction. Coordinate scheduling, liaise with clients and internal teams, and allocate labour resources. Manage projects from inception through to successful completion. Requirements: Proven experience managing HVAC installations and remedial projects. Technical qualifications in at least one HVAC discipline. IOSH certification is desirable. Strong site presence and leadership. Must be commutable to London and surrounding areas.
