- Following up after works have been completed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to customer queries and resolving or escalating issues where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
- Tracking your own sales performance and working towards quarterly targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is naturally positive, outgoing and confident - someone who enjoys picking up the phone, speaking to people and building genuine relationships.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous sales experience (preferably not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and resilient approach to sales
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A genuine customer-first attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous
- Experience using Sage would be beneficial
- A motivated, optimistic and energetic personality
