We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Electrical-Biased Building Services Engineer for a static site in Hull.

Duration: Until 02/10/2026 minimum, ongoing for the right candidate
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Hull
Pay: £26.91 per hour Umbrella PAYE / £20.67 per hour PAYE
Duties
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site.
- Electrical fault finding, repairs and general electrical maintenance.
- Emergency lighting checks and testing.
- Temperature checks and lamping.
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance to electrical systems and installations.
- Basic mechanical/building services maintenance where required.
- PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other building services equipment.
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Working safely and in accordance with site procedures and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 17th Edition electrical qualification - essential.
- Previous experience working as a multi-skilled or electrical-biased building services engineer.
- Good experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Electrical maintenance experience is essential, with some mechanical/building services knowledge.
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently on a static site.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Hull.
