Health and Safety Manager Responsibilities:
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to stay up to date with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant H&S laws and regulations and track engineer H&S KPIs.
- Support the development of measurement systems to ensure H&S performance is accurately monitored.
- Report on H&S performance and improvements to senior management.
- Manage toolbox talks - issuing and tracking.

Health and Safety Manager Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate Level 3 - required.

- Good people skills and ability to manage engineers.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (for site visits).
- Experience as a Health and Safety Manager (FM).
