We're working with a leading and well-respected mechanical contractor to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their service team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its engineers, with genuine opportunities to progress your career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of their mobile service team, carrying out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of commercial air conditioning systems.
The role:
- You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing mostly commercial and occasional high-end residential air conditioning, with no social housing contracts.
- All of the work is within the M25, with the bulk being within West London.
- Service, maintenance, breakdowns, fault-finding and diagnostics on commercial air conditioning systems.
- Working on DX systems, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs and split systems.
- Covering commercial sites across London and surrounding areas.
- Mobile role with a company van provided.
- Participating in a callout rota of 1 in 11, with a £75 retainer, 1st hour £75, 2nd hour £50.
What you'll need:
- City & Guilds Level 2 F Gas and ODS Regulations (Cat 1) (2079).
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good attitude and ability to work well within a team.
The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will be on up to £58,000, depending on experience + Company Van + Fuel Card + 20 days holiday + bank holidays + callout + Package.
