I'm working with a growing and highly respected domestic gas specialist who is looking to add an experienced Gas Service Engineer to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer who enjoys working independently across a varied residential portfolio - from apartments and private homes to high-end properties across London and the M25. You'll have your own diary, a strong pipeline of work and the support of a business that genuinely invests in its engineers.

The Role

As a Domestic Gas Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping a busy residential portfolio safe, compliant and running efficiently. You'll be carrying out:

  • Landlord Gas Safety Certificates / CP12s
  • Domestic boiler servicing and maintenance
  • Gas safety checks across occupied residential properties
  • Fault finding and identifying remedial works
  • Diagnosing issues and providing professional recommendations
  • Completing electronic certification and job reports
  • Managing your own daily diary and planning your route efficiently
  • Communicating professionally with tenants, homeowners and clients
  • Ensuring every job is completed safely and to Gas Safe standards

What We're Looking For

  • Full ACS Domestic Gas qualifications
  • Strong experience carrying out boiler servicing and CP12s
  • Confident working independently within occupied properties
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, presentable and personable approach
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Someone who takes genuine pride in their work
