FM Site Manager

Job Title: FM Site Manager Location: Hospital in Lambeth, London Rate: £200 per day Hours: Full-time (8 hours per day, 1 hour unpaid break) Start: ASAP We are looking for a dedicated FM Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily operations and engineering staff at a busy hospital in Lambeth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering and maintenance works Supervise and support on-site operatives and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard Ensure compliance with hospital procedures and health & safety requirements Act as the main point of contact for the team and liaise with hospital management where needed Promote a safe, efficient, and positive working environmentRequirements: Proven experience in facilities management (FM), ideally within a healthcare or hospital setting Strong people management and leadership skills – a true \”people\’s person\” Basic DBS (required) Asbestos Awareness (can be completed prior to starting) Excellent communication and organisational abilitiesThis is a great opportunity for someone from a technical or FM background looking to step into a key leadership role within a high-profile healthcare environment.
