A leading hard services contractor specialising in Building Services and Air Conditioning maintenance for mobile and multi residential sites has a key requirement for a polite well-spoken, personable Contract Administrator to work in London and surrounding areas paying up to £25k+.

As a FM Contract Administrator, you will be:

  • Working with MS Office packages
  • Checking all incoming emails daily and responding in a timely manner
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the engineer's diary
  • Answering all incoming client requests
  • Dealing with all customer queries, complaints, and problem solving
  • Assisting engineers with any day-to-day issues
