A well-established FM provider based in Bristol has a key requirement for a reliable, professional, experienced Mobile Electrical Biased Building Services Engineer to cover commercial sites primarily across the Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and London areas. The Electrical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £55k DOE.
As the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will be:
- Carrying out service and maintenance on electrical plant and small work installations as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCUs, AHUs.
- Completing small works installs such as sockets, lights, rewires of DBs.
- Participating in a flexible callout rota, ensuring consistent and reliable service coverage.
- Covering the Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and London areas, with occasional work between Ipswich and Brighton.
As the Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer, you will need:
- To live within a commutable distance to Reading/Slough/Bracknell.
- A 2391 qualification would be desirable.
- Experience in carrying out PPMs and reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.
- To be able to pass a DBS check.
The Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be paid dependent on experience + van + overtime + pension + package.
