Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer – Are you an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a respected and growing FM contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading HVAC and hard FM services provider, working across prestigious commercial buildings in London and the surrounding areas.

As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and reliability across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Responsibilities

  • Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCUs, AHUs and small plumbing repairs.
  • Completing the service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems.
  • Carrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Completing fault-finding and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • On the callout rota (1 in 8) with £100 retainer and a minimum of 4 hours per callout.
  • Covering Commercial sites within London and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Fault-finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Breakdown experience on all electrical systems and mechanical plant.
  • Must have an Electrical qualification.
  • Be genuinely commutable to London.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £48,000, depending on experience, plus Van, Callout, and Package.
