Tech-People are seeking an experienced Fabric Technician to work on a hospital site in Stockton-on-Tees for a major Building Services / Facilities Management company. 40 hours per week, start 7 September 2026, duration until the end of October 2026, with a Basic DBS check.
You will perform reactive maintenance, PPMs and minor projects, including repairs to flooring, ceilings, doors, lighting, plumbing and AHU/FCU filters.
