A growing and well-respected domestic gas specialist is seeking a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join their expanding team, covering residential properties across the M25. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable engineer looking to join a supportive company that genuinely invests in its staff and offers long-term progression.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is confident carrying out gas safety certificates and boiler servicing, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering a professional service within occupied homes. Working across a busy residential portfolio throughout London and the surrounding M25 areas, from smaller flats to large high-end residential properties.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out landlord gas safety certificates (CP12s) across domestic properties
- Boiler servicing and routine maintenance works
- Identifying faults and reporting remedial works where required
- Managing your own daily diary and travelling efficiently between appointments
- Providing a polite, professional, and customer-focused service to tenants and clients
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures
- Accurately completing certification and job reports electronically
To be considered, you will need:
- Full ACS domestic gas qualifications
- Previous experience carrying out boiler servicing and gas safety certificates
- A confident and professional manner within occupied residential properties
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with engineers expected to attend their first job from 8 am.
The successful Domestic Gas Service Engineer will be on up to £40,000, depending on experience + van + fuel card + pension + standard holiday + bank holidays.
