Contracts Manager Asbestos Removal

A leading environment asbestos removal contractor specialising with the local authority and housing / residential sector has a key requirement for a contracts manager experienced in asbestos removal projects.

The contracts manager will be responsible for:

• Managing key client projects within the Surrey and Sussex area
• Overseeing the projects from quotation to completion
• Project program and labour allocation
• Managing asbestos removal projects on local authority, social housing, and private housing

To be successful as the Contracts Manager, you should be:

• Located within the Surrey / Sussex area
• Experienced in overseeing projects from quotation to completion
• Experienced in running project programs and labour allocation
• Experienced in managing asbestos removal projects on residential properties

Compensation: Negotiable basic circa of 50,000 – 55,000 basic + Bonus + Car allowance or van + pension + package
