We are working with a well-established air conditioning and mechanical contractor who is delivering a high-profile commercial office fit-out in Central London. They are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the project team and take responsibility for overseeing on-site mechanical installation works.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys driving site progress, coordinating trades, and ensuring high standards of installation on a fast-paced commercial project. With a minimum of 5 months' work available, this role offers strong continuity for the right person.
The role:
- Supervising all mechanical services on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and specification.
- Supervising HVAC and mechanical installation work on a commercial office fit-out.
- Coordinating duct fitters, air conditioning engineers, and plumbers.
- Ensuring works are carried out to programme, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Working closely with site management and other trades to drive progress.
- Supporting smooth coordination across all mechanical services packages.
What you'll need:
- Valid SSSTS.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Strong background within a mechanical trade (HVAC, plumbing, or ductwork).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role on commercial projects.
The successful Mechanical Supervisor will be paid £300 per day, working 8-hour shifts, with ongoing work available (minimum 5 months) on a flagship London project.
