An established and rapidly growing building services contractor is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager to take ownership of technically challenging HVAC and mechanical projects across Bristol and surrounding areas.

The Role
You’ll be trusted to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring successful delivery across programme, budget, quality and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple HVAC and mechanical projects from conception to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Controlling project programmes, costs and commercial performance
- Managing variations, applications, valuations and change control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across all sites
- Overseeing commissioning, testing and project handovers
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating project risks before they become issues
About You
We’re keen to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers with a proven background in delivering building services projects. You’ll ideally have experience with:
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- VRF / VRV Systems
- Ductwork Installations
- Chilled Water Systems
- Commercial Plumbing
- Chillers and Associated Plant
You’ll also have:
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
