360 Excavator Operative – Watford\\n Start Date: Jan 2026\\n Duration: Ongoing Work\\n We are looking for a 360 Excavator Operative to join our team on a project based in Watford. In this role, you will be operating the 360 Excavator on site and will be required to work outside of the cab as well at times, assisting the groundworkers. \\n Role Responsibilities:\\n\\nPerform daily plant inspections.

\\nAdhere to all onsite H&S requirements. \\nOperate the onsite 360 Excavator to a high standard. \\nAssist on the ground with the groundworkers when machine not in use.Requirements:\\n\\nValid CPCS/NPORS Card (NPORS would ideally have the CSCS Logo).

\\nPositive attitude and willingness to assist where needed. \\nReliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team. \\nBe able to provide references for sites where you have operated a 360 Excavator.
