Tech Observer is hiring Senior Statistical Programmers (FSP) in the UK.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical and programming support to the RWD (Real World Data) team.
  • Develop Tables, Listings, and Figures (TFLs) directly from raw datasets.
  • Perform QC (Quality Control) of outputs and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of RWD study outputs.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Work with SAS Studio for programming and analysis tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and manage intermittent system/tool issues during development.
  • Adapt to working without fully pre-defined specifications and build outputs independently.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members.
  • Maintain responsiveness within agreed working hours.
  • Support team queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Availability & Delivery Management:

  • Ensure timely turnaround of requests, especially during overlapping UK working hours.
  • Adjust schedule when required to align with project/team needs.
