Job Description
The Back End Developer will focus on delivering high-quality digital platforms based on the Java umbrella of technologies. You will be instrumental in the creation of innovative solutions, critical to the technical implementation throughout the lifecycle of a project. As a software developer you’ll ensure that project deliverables meet time, scope and quality goals. And as a technically excellent programmer, you’ll have a deep understanding of software engineering principles as well as the latest industry trends.

- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.

- Deep knowledge of Java (JEE, Servlets)

- Version control tools, especially Git
- Experience developing RESTful Web Services
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong capacity to identify requirements and define technical solutions
- Experience with Apache Felix, Apache Sling
- Familiarity with the Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit / CRX)
- Knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services
- Experience with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional and performance
- Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Receiving and giving feedback is familiar to you and something you are not afraid of
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager a bonus
