The Junior Campaign Developer will work closely with our customers to build sophisticated multi‑channel campaigns. The Campaign Developer will be critical at all stages of the Campaign development lifecycle, including initial Campaign Brief creation, right through to technical build and deployment of a campaign. To be successful, the Campaign Developer must have strong attention to detail with a keen interest in Data, including customer segmentation and audience targeting. To be successful in this role, you must be a go‑getter capable of diagnosing issues via the visualization and analysis of data. Whilst the role is predominantly functional, the candidate must be able to understand technical processes and have the ability to brief requirements into technical development teams.

Qualifications Key Skills & Requirements:

  • English as a first language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data analysis and interrogation skills
  • Email Marketing experience including deliverability procedures and processes

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to everyday tasks
  • Good technical understanding of digital concepts
  • Strong capacity to plan and monitor projects in several iterations
  • Experience in requirements capturing and management
  • Experience coordinating stakeholder objectives
  • Experience in the Design, develop, implement, support and maintenance of campaign workflows
  • Knowledge of online or offline marketing support systems.
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing and how additional channels may be included in the process.
  • Write and validate Business Requirements, Process Designs, Workflows, Functional Requirements
  • Able to understand business needs and translate them into requirements and technical solutions
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • 1+ years of project experience with an Enterprise email / 1:1 marketing platform (ideally Adobe Campaign - or others, e.g. IBM Unica, Selligent, ExactTarget, Eloqua, Silverpop, etc.)
  • Work to build rules‑based email campaigns
  • Work with others to understand specifications around data and ensure data is available for campaigns
